Christian Education Tracks

Over the past month CC412 has been working to develop our next course on Biblical Interpretation, otherwise known as Hermeneutics. I am very excited to say that as of writing this article, we are in the home stretch. With just a few homework assignments to add, as well as some brief lectures, this course should be completed and available within the next couple weeks. But was happens next?

Getting on Track

Now the header might seem a little cliche, but I am a man who likes cheesy. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Every one of us has a preferred type of education, or a specific field of study we want to focus on within the Christian faith. Church History, Marketing, Theology, Preaching, Biblical Languages, Ancient Cultures or Religions, Marriage Counseling, Discipleship and Leadership. You name it. The question is, where do we start?

Our next focus will be to begin developing courses focused on these type of educational tracks. Now if it was my personal choice (technically it is), I would LOVE to focus on Church History, Biblical Archeology, or Preaching and Teaching. However, this Bible School/Institute project isn't for ME, it is for YOU.

CC412 exists to equip the saints for the work of ministry, but we can't do that if Bill just does what he wants. As a result, it has been decided to focus on some more common or universal educational tracks.

Our first steps will be to begin developing a Certificate Program of New Testament Studies, followed by Old Testament Studies with a long list of additional programs we hope to provide all the faithful students of the CC412 Ministry.

Final Thoughts

Some of you have already asked about the curriculum and cost of the courses we will be providing. On average, we have found that most certificate programs provided within the realm of Christian Education are anywhere from $300-$1,000 for a single course or program depending on where you look.

Our goal is to provide you with the same quality of education and experience but at a lesser price. This of course would be dependent on length, quantity, resources, and course bundles among other things. While we can not give you a definitive number as it may vary, we would like to try to keep our courses under the overall average.

Still too much? No worries! As we continue to develop courses for this school, you will find a number of discount options offered and other elements we can't share just yet (spoilers).
